Out of the need to help manage the complicated regulatory and billing of workman compensation, Matrix Network Management was formed in 2009. Starting only with Durable Medical Equipment, the company created an effective solution and network for a large diversified work comp payer.
In 2012, Matrix’s unique niche of facilitating care proved to be valuable in the market. This resulted in partnering with the largest workcomp payer in the state of Oklahoma. Within the next year, Matrix increased service lines through Diagnostic testing, translation and transportation along with catastrophic evaluations.
Over the next two years, Matrix grew merely on hard work, excellent customer service and valuable outcomes. Payers took notice and began seeking new solutions and a stronger partnership. In 2015, Matrix built a platform to regulate and coordinate Drug Screens to contain costs and bring equity to all parties involved.
Early 2016, the company leaders realized their success demanded a new corporate structure, stronger processes and IT innovation. With a new CEO, the company changed the name to CENTRALINK with a rebranding representing refined systems and services with even better customer benefits.
Centralink continues to provide a high standard of care for the injured worker through vital local relationships and an attitude of SERVING. We listen to our providers and partners to continually transform and adapt to their needs with the mandated goal of greater value for every dollar spent.
